An Investment Firm has vacancies for highly motivated individuals with high integrity and a passion to succeed for hiring as: Knowledge Officer
  • Direct Report To: Head – Investments
  • Department: Fund Management
  • Job Location: Head Office- Accra
Purpose of the Job
The Job holder will provide investment material and education for new and existing clients. The officer will be responsible for creating financial awareness and literacy. He/she will work with sponsors and partners to frequently engage and educate the public on investment, growth, and lifestyle
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and prepare material for training programs, seminars, webinars and podcasts.
  • Prepare proposals for funding requests.
  • Prepare content for company’s social media pages.
  • Conduct market research on client’s educational needs and prepare material to address identified needs.
  • Organize and coordinate financial literacy programs.
  • Prepare reports for submission to management and sponsors.
  • Develop and manage a wholistic client knowledge center.
  • Prepare articles for publication.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly newsletters for clients.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial services industry happenings, market conditions and current events.
  • All other duties assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in any business-related discipline.
  • A post-graduate degree or professional certification in a business-related course is a plus.
  • Must have completed the GSE/GISI program.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in fund management or investment advisory.
  • Experience in the fintech industry and as a content writer is an advantage.
  • Candidates must demonstrate outstanding communication, report writing, problem solving and organizational skills.
