Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Open account for customers;
  2. Advices customers on products and services;
  3. Responds to customers enquires at the Customer Service Desk and on telephone;
  4. Follows up on customer complaints and provides feedback;
  5. Assist customers with transactions including the filing of appropriate forms;
  6. Conducts direct promotions on a periodical basis soliciting for customers
  7. Effectively screens and selects loan applications;
  8. Accept cash or money orders deposited by customers, credit customers' accounts and issue cheque books, receipts and statements;
  9. Pay money to or credit accounts for customers according to advice slips, cheques or other banking documents, and debit appropriate accounts;
  10. Balance cash;
  11. Identify customer needs and refer customers to appropriate banking services and specialists;
  12. Performs other administrative support duties not explicitly mentioned above.

Required Skills or Experience

  1. Minimum of a Diploma in Secretarial studies, Management or related field;
  2. No working experience required;
  3. Must be between the age of 21 - 27 years.

  3. Ability to keep things in confidence and exhibit a high level of integrity;
  4. Must have a pleasant personality;
