Job Description

  • Managing a local sales team for a real estate project in Ghana (Africa).
  • Preparation of a work plan for marketing and selling 800-1,000 housing units.
  • Creating and ongoing management of databases of potential customers (leads).
  • Responsibility for defining and managing the company's marketing processes: online and offline advertising.
  • Actual sale to customers, which includes, among other things: contact over the phone, coordination of an on-site meeting, holding face-to-face meetings, in-depth knowledge of the project components, lead follow-up, negotiation with the customer until signing a contract.
  • Responsibility for meeting marketing and sales KPIs.
  • Ongoing reporting to the company's management.


Required Skills or Experience

Personal and family status

  • Age range 30-50.
  • Salary - base salary + commissions from sales.
  • Education - Bachelor's degree. Advantage for a degree holder in management / marketing / economics / law / industrial engineering. 
  • Master's degree in business administration and marketing – an advantage.


  • Previous experience in real estate sales - at least 2 years. Experience in real estate will include:
  • Experience in legal agreements.
  • Experience in negotiations.
  • Experience with banks and financing through mortgage structure.
  • Total experience in sales - at least 5 years.
  • Experience in managing a sales team - at least 1 year. Team management experience will include, among other things: setting KPI’s for team, monitoring and reaching goals. Experience in real estate sales team management – an advantage.
  • Proven record in successful real-estate sales.
  • Experience in marketing real estate projects: digital and offline advertising.
  • Experience in producing sales events for customers.
  • Openness to teamwork.
  • Experience in providing service.
  • Hospitable, polite, patient, conversational, sociable.
  • Radiates credibility, assertiveness and persuasiveness.
  • Compulsory - knowledge of the English language at a very good level.
  • Willingness to work in an intensive and demanding work environment.
  • Experience working in Africa - an advantage.
  • Excel and power point experience.
  • Previous experience working with CRM information systems - an advantage.
