A leading Real Estates Development company in the country isseeking for a seasoned and dynamic Sales & Marketing Professional to lead inits Sales & marketing drive, to be engaged in the Sale and Rental of luxuryresidential developments in the nation’s capital.

Role

1. The candidate will be responsible for the designand implementation of sales strategies to boost sales and rental of properties.
2. He/She is expected to establish strongrelationship with existing customers as well as forging and prospecting for newand potential clients to generate new revenue for the organization.

Required Skills or Experience

The ideal candidatemust have the following qualities and traits :

• Pleasant personality, very articulate, outgoing, an astuteteam player with strong leadership/organizational abilities capable ofmanaging/motivating a team of sales staff to achieve outstanding results.
• Develop and sustain strong relations with all stakeholders
• Excellent Interpersonal and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Must be hardworking and ready to work long hours when necessarywith little or no supervision
• A minimum of 1^st degree in Marketing or itsequivalent qualification.
• With a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similarposition
