Security Supervisor Job Description

• Write and submit security reports.
• Provide security.
• Maintain law and order in area of jurisdiction.
• Monitor guards by patrolling with them.
• Assign work areas for guards to patrol.
• Protect the people and property.
• Conduct routine patrols with team.

Required Skills or Experience

Education: A minimum of SHS Certificate. Diploma or certificate in security related field in any accredited tertiary institution is an advantage.

Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in law enforcement, private security, or corporate security is required.

Language Proficiency: English, Twi or any Ghanaian language

Security Guard Requirements

• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• A qualification in security training.
• Basic first aid skills would be advantageous.
• Physical strength and fitness.
• Prior experience as a Security Guard would be advantageous.
• Attention to detail.
