Job Summary
Responsible for the safe and smooth functioning of the Company’s Facilities and provision of administrative service.

 Key Job Responsibilities

• Manage Company facilities and assets per the required standards
• Ensure insurance is maintained on all company assets
• Vendor management – relating to facilities
• Management of company’s fleet
• Oversee procurement and maintenance and upgrade overall facility as required.
• Responsible for procurement and stores
• Responsible for security.
• Ensure facilities meet EHS standards

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a similar role
• Professional Qualification will be an added advantage
• High attention to detail
