Reports to: Country Manager, Ghana


  1. Acquire new customers & transporters to achieve monthly Gross Transaction Value (GTV) targets.
  2. Coordinate and effectively manage the activities of operations managers to ensure successful trip execution from end to end.
  3. Support Operations managers to grow customer trip volumes month on month.
  4. Evaluate transport cost for contract negotiations with transporters and customers.
  5. Liaise with finance to ensure timely invoicing and collections.
  6. Investigate, resolve disruptions in the delivery chain and continuously implement strategies to prevent such disruptions.
  7. Collect and analyze feedback from clients & transporters and the business environment to implement process improvements where needed.
  8. Prepare and submit weekly reports on operation statuses.
  9. Liaise with the credit team to set and confirm customer credibility before contract executions.
  10. Drive the sale of the company Value Added Services (VAS) during contract negotiations

Required Skills or Experience

  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or any other related field.
  • Masters degree / professional certification in Logistics & Supply chain Management or any other related field will be an added advantage.
  • A minimum of 6 years working experience in a similar role.
  • Must have vast experience in the FMCG, Transport, Logistics sectors
  • Proven record of business target achievements and continuous growth

  • Ability to oversee and manage a winning team
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain business processes.
  • Great problem solving skills to navigate through the day to day operational challenges.
  • Ability to negotiate contract prices with potential customers, ensuring cost effectiveness.
  • Good data analytical skills.
