Job Description

LOCATIONS: Head Office
REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Head, Agency & Training
DIRECT REPORTS: N/A
INDIRECT REPORTS: N/A

JOB PURPOSE:

To validate all proposal forms that come to the Head Office

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive proposal forms from Sales Admin and record same in Proposal Form Tracker
Assess proposal form to ascertain if material information to be provided have been provided and is correct
Call clients to verify material information
Prepare report on vetted forms
Provide any other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Required Skills or Experience

Educational Qualification:
Higher National Diploma

Technical & Operations

Ability to scrutinize proposal forms
Ability to organize data/ information
Ability to talk to clients

Specific Working Experience

One (1) year in sales/customer service

Personality Attributes

Strong interpersonal skills
Good communication skills
Affable
Attention to details
Assertive
