Job Description

Job Purpose

• To ensure refueling data is instantaneously and continuously checked to make sure it is correct. And share daily report with Fuel Desk and fuel manager

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• FD provides both the refueled (ie. FE) and the NOC with a unique number (UN)
• Collection of fuel stock/level on site before refueling
• Review, verify, and validate fuel level on site received form FE before refueling
• FD calculates CPH recorded between the actual and previous site refueling and compares with agreed CPH
• FD's grants permission to start the refueling
• FD informs the Fuel manager and requests an immediate onsite investigation
• Compare fuel level and run hour received from FE to RPMS and Service Now (SN) fuel level and run hour.
• Verify pictures uploaded into Service Now to ensure that they are accurate.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Any other responsibility that mayo be assigned from time to time

Required Skills or Experience

Educational Qualification:

• First Degree

EXPERIENCE

• At least two years working experience

KNOWLEDGE

• Good knowledge in data management

• Excellent skills in Microsoft suite
• Great communication skills
• Ability to stand and work under pressure

• Ability to withstand pressure

Key Performance Indicators

• Timely verification of refueling data
• Prompt escalation of any abnormal CPH on site for investigation
• Accurate verification of refueling data and CPH calculation
