PURPOSE
To assist in planning, managing, and coordinating all Quality Management activities. 

DUTIES

• Maintains and improve the ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System (QMS) in the 2 companies.
• Maintains the certification of the two companies to the ISO 9001 standard.
• Controls the implementation of the QMS in each department in the two companies, through audits and monitoring activities.
• Assists the heads of departments and /or team leaders in establishing new procedures or modifying existing procedures when needed
• Identifies cases of non-conformity, assists in performing their investigation and in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
• Perform training to employees for awareness to quality 
• Is involved in failure investigations, project debriefing, evaluations, satisfaction surveys, KPI analysis and other analytical activities.
• Makes recommendations for improvements.
