A Reputable Private Security Company in Accra seeks the services of a Security Site Supervisor to perform at their Security sites.

Job Purpose/ Summary of Role
Oversee the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security staff including security guards

Core Responsibilities/ Duties
Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Liaise with clients and report to the Operations Manager 
• Conducts regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned facilities. 
• Ensures guards perform duties as expected 
• Provides specialized security for and monitors access to limited and restricted access areas such as inventory areas and network equipment areas. 
• Perform any other duty as assigned by the Operations Manager

Required Skills or Experience

Education:

• Diploma/Degree

Experience:

• A minimum of 3 years and more post - qualification working experience.
• Must have a working experience in Security Supervisory role.

Key Competencies/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Basic computer knowledge
• Knowledge of Security and Supervisory roles
• Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be proactive, flexible, and innovative in approach to work
