Job Description

A reputable and rapidly growing organization is seeking the services of  smart, confident, performance oriented and experienced professionals to occupy the position of Recovery Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective recovery strategies and processes.
  • Identifies emerging issues and solutions are sought in line with the organization mission.
  • Recovery resources are identified and obtained as required.
  • Ensure better management reporting, information flow management, and organizational planning.
  • Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of various recovery operations in branches in the organization.
  • Gather and analyze the potential recovery issues and who needs to be involved in achieving the desired goal.
  • Establish the purpose and objectives of the recovery action plan.
  • Identify the potential impacts and consequences of an event over the short, medium and long term as well as information gaps.
  • Assemble resources for recovery, proportionate to its scale and complexity.
  • Resolve conflicts, confrontations and disagreements in a high-pressure situation to minimize negative personal and organizational impacts.
  • Maintain the institutions PAR limit percentage

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification

  • The custodian of this position should have a BS/BA degree in Administration, or a closely related field.

Experience

  • Experience of 4 to 5 as a Recovery manager.
