JOB PURPOSE
To provide excellent and quality sales to clients, including managing existing businesses making
sure, they enjoy the Enterprise Advantage
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
- Plan and deliver on sales strategies to achieve business and personal targets
- Prospect and sell the products and services of the company
- Plan, recruit, and train Life Planners
- Set targets and manage Life Planners to achieve personal as well as branch and corporate sales
- targets
- Constant field activity with Life Planners to improve on their selling skills and product knowledge
- Prepare and undertake sales presentations to individuals, groups, and associations or corporate
- bodies
- Effectively manage Life Planners with focus on their engagement, motivation, and their welfare
- Effectively communicate business decisions and information to all Life Planners and other
- stakeholders
- Handle performance improvement and performance management issues to ensure optimal
- performance of all Sales Representatives
- Fully implement all new initiatives that leads to the achievement of key business imperatives
- (Examples include, but not limited to Customer Service at Your-Doorstep, etc.)
- Manage key partnerships with third parties including, but not limited to, recruitment sources and
- partnerships, etc.
- Drive quality sales that will persist on our books
- Open pay points and ensure Life Planners sell from identifiable sources
- Follow up on commission issues and ensure Life Planners are paid on time and accurately
Required Skills or Experience
- A minimum of a first degree in any discipline
- At least 5 years working experience as a Salesperson with the responsibility of managing teams to
- achieve on business targets
- Must have a track record of excellent performance and good behaviour
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge in use of ICT to achieve results
- Must be able to drive and have a valid driving license
