Job Description

  •  Reports to: Head, Sales

Responsible for generating strategies to increase sales to prospective client; and by also being the point of contact for the business bringing on new customers while providing support to existing clients.

Financial Targets
  • Meet financial targets across the different KPIs and other assignments as may be discussed with management
Client Management
  • Process client documentation (sight original documents and collect copies).
  • Conduct adequate KYC and AML appraisal / due diligence on all clients before introduction to the company 
  • Visitation of clients business and personal addresses and completion of visitations forms.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times
  • Promptly identify and resolve all client management issues  
  • Provide content for respective customer files
Recovery / Follow Ups
  • Loan review and monitoring to ensure loan performance
  • Ensure follow ups with clients prior to cheque presentation
  • Ensure follow up with client with returned cheques
  • Use of best effort to effect recovery in cases of default
Market Intelligence / Business environment monitoring
  • Provide innovative insights and make contributions and suggestions for product development
  • Provide and prepare action plan to identify specific target markets
  • Obtain market information and seek client feedback for process optimisation
Business Development / Training / Reporting
  • Participate in sales campaigns and effective delivery of all organisational programmes that promotes ARTSPLIT visibility and client base expansion
  • Submission of daily marketing reports and preparation of Month end reports for MPR sessions
  • All other assignments as may be assigned by your supervisor(s)

Required Skills or Experience

  • BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university; 
  • A minimum of 5 years of Sales experience
  • Qualifications and membership in relevant professional body 
  • Msc or MBA in Sales or Marketing is an added advantage
