• Job Title: Project Manager, Construction Building Projects.
• Job Location: Kwahu, Eastern Region
• Employment Type: Fixed Term (12 months contract)
• Report to: Project Director

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead construction building projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project delivery, exceptional skills, and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

  Duties

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules, and ensure project goals are met within established time and budget constraints.
• Manage relationships with subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with project goals and expectations.
• Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including site preparation, materials procurement, and trades supervision.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards, building regulations, and project specifications.
• Act as the main point of contact for all parties involved in the project and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, and on time, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve technical and operational issues, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and updated as necessary.
• Lead project close-out activities, including commissioning, final inspection, and handover to the client

Required Skills or Experience

• Must have a minimum of Seven (7) to ten (10) years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, building regulations, and project management best practices.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build a positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under tight deadlines.

Educational Qualification

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional qualification I Project Management, or Construction will be an added advantage
