• What you’ll be called: Mobile VAS Officer
• Who you’ll report to: Senior Product Owner

What we are looking for :
For over 10 years the company has been providing Value Added Services (VAS) to Mobile Network Operators (MNO) in Ghana. The company is expanding its digital services across different channels and seeks a digital content creator with demonstrable works in creating graphics and content for mobile platforms to join its team.

What you’ll do:

• Create social media graphics and digital marketing Ads.
• Optimize content according to SEO standards and principles.
• Proofread material be published on digital platforms.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
• Coordinate with UX, developers and other teams to clarify content to be published.
• Upload the latest content on digital content platform.
• Design and implement aesthetic user interfaces to be published.
• Test the usability of built user interfaces before publishing.

Required Skills or Experience

What you’ve:

• Bachelor’s degree in communication designs, marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of work experience as digital graphics designer, or a similar role.
• Experienced in the use of graphic designing tools like Adobe Express, Canva, etc.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Creatively minded, good at thinking outside the box.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• An open mindset and be receptive to feedback to improve designs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

And if you’ve got some of these, even better:

• Experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript and other similar languages + frameworks.
• Good knowledge of UI principles and patterns.
