• Planning and developing the design
• Knowing the various housing laws and incorporating them into the construction work
• Working hand-in-hand with other professionals to get the job done
• Determining the features of the construction site to understand its limitations and potential
• Help clients obtain a permit from the government
• Draw designs for construction projects
• Provide counselling services to clients
• Design a building plan that fits all construction requirements
• Present project designs and documentation in appropriate and engaging formats
• Suggesting or choosing various contractors for the construction project
• Bringing artistic and creative elements to the construction
• Help to ascertain the cost estimation or budget for the construction
• Contracts and Supervisory role

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor in Architecture
• Candidates have a state agent experience
• Minimum of three years’ experience
• Ability to think creatively and be able to see the potential in any space and must also have a strong understanding of construction and engineering principles
• Ability to liaise with professionals from other disciplines
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and IT skills.
