Job Responsibilities

  • Familiar with the background basic operation of the platform, According to the needs, we can complete various background operations while communicating with customers;

  • Responsible for the reception of 400 calls and answering inquiries;
  • Organize the feedback work of technical data; 4. Responsible for the coordination of customer service and abnormal handling of complaint escalation;
