Roles and Responsibilities

• Prospect for credit business
• Appraise credit applications and make recommendations within credit policies.
• Manage risk /exposure for assigned portfolio
• Authenticate documentation presented for all credit applications
• Inspect the Customer’s security with illustrations of the security location.
• Manage portfolio to ensure good performance
• Recover overdue on any facility to maintain 5% PAR of Loan portfolio

Required Skills or Experience

• Ability to market and sell company products
• Knowledge of credit risk
• Customer Service Oriented
• Excellent skills in financial analysis
• Ability to build and manage a minimum portfolio size of GH5 million
• Good understanding of economic issues and their impact on businesses
• Ability to communicate both orally and in writing
• IT Skills (MS Office)
