Job Description

We are seeking a talented and motivated Fullstack Software Engineer to join our growing team. As a Fullstack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our web-based applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our users and contribute to the success of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand software requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in accordance with best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and identify and resolve any issues or bugs.
• Optimize application performance and ensure high availability and scalability.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Work closely with the DevOps team to deploy and maintain applications in production environments.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, share knowledge, and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in software engineering.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by users or internal teams.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with backend frameworks (e.g., Express, Django, or Spring Boot).
• Experience with testing frameworks and practices (unit testing, integration testing, etc.).
• Understanding of security principles and best practices in web development.
• Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced development environment.
