Job Description

  • Must have  a minimum of 2 years related experience 
  • Meet and greet all Clients (internal & external) in a prompt, polite, and efficient manner
  • Ensures that all calls are directed correctly.
  • Handles all incoming calls and customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Reports any complaints and queries from clients.
  • Ensure that the reception area is always kept clean and tidy.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews for walk-in Clients
  • Receive and issue receipts for all cash payments
  • Provide efficient and effective customer service.
  • Have a clear understanding of our business and corporate objectives
  • Any other duties that may be assigned to you

Required Skills or Experience

Must have good communication skills

Must be attentive to the needs of Customers

Ability to handle critical issues

Ability to work under pressure

Pay attention to details

Must have good telephone skills

Computer literate
