Job Description

The QA Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing a QA department, prepare, implement and maintain quality assurance procedures for a flawless and timely delivery of services provided by Nationwide Traffic Management and Enforcement Limited. The QA Manager will report to the Managing Director.

Job Responsibilities

  • Establish a QA department;
  • Design, implement and maintain quality assurance procedures that are understood and executable by staff across all levels and disciplines in the organization;
  • Enforce, improve or adapt quality controls in order to maintain standards;
  • Implement ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standard and ISO 27001 Information Security Standards going forward;
  • Perform routine inspections and work closely with people across the organization to correct issues that arise in the execution of the services;
  • Create audit reports and make recommendations for improvements;
  • Training, motivating and coaching employees to ensure that standards are met;
  • Help department heads to create training materials and operating manuals;
  • Support department heads to set and rate employees and operations using KPI metric templates;
  • Have a debrief with selected department heads to discuss the team’s performance;
  • Set a clear system for reporting to the Managing Director;
  • Any other duties assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Experience in a Managed Services-related industry or environment is a strong plus;
  • Must have at least 5 years of relevant working experience;
  • Experience as an auditor at a renowned certification body is an advantage;
  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to Quality Management or a related discipline. A master's degree or relevant certifications would be a plus;
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to identify and recommend new approaches to improve business objectives, productivity, and culture;
  • Strong solutions focus and ability to identify problems and drive solutions;
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
  • Strong IT skills to manage data and records, and potentially implement software systems related to QA functions;
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to pay attention to details;
