Job Description

Position Summary

A growing real estate company is in search of high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth; coordinating and developing marketing policies, programs, and campaigns; maximizing our sales team potential, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing programs across the appropriate marketing mix towards achieving set targets.
  • Perform regular strategy monitoring and corrective measures to provide expertise in the area of marketing, branding and business development.
  • Plan, implement and monitor all marketing, branding and advertising activities and ensure a prudent and successive alignment of such activities to overall corporate strategy.
  • Ensure the achievement of both individual and organizational sales target, by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department.
  • Oversee key client engagements from sales to delivery.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with clients and understanding their needs.
  • Work with the Human Resource Manager to recruit, set objectives, coach and monitor performance of Sales Officers.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Significant and successful previous work experience in sales or marketing.
  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Prior working experience in a real estate company is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Resident in Tema or the surrounding areas.
