Job Description

A reputable company is looking for a Business Development Manager-Vehicle leasing

Job Role
To prospect for new businesses and ensure that the vehicle leasing portfolio is increased;

Job duties

  • Work with management to develop and implement business development strategy.
  • Coordinate with management and clients to identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients.
  • Work with the team to achieve short and long term revenue and profit growth.
  • Update and maintain customer information database on regular basis.
  • Participate in meetings to report business prospect and status updates to management and clients.
  • Go to customer sites and tradeshows to promote company’s products and services.
  • Establish strong customer relationship by providing accurate and timely information to customers regarding inquiries such as products, pricing, quotes and issues/concerns.
  • Conduct market competitive analysis to develop roadmap and sales strategy to secure new business.
  • Identify and establish relationships key business influencers with the aim of selling the service; 
  • Prepare business proposals for clients and tailor it to their needs, concerns and objectives.
  • Prepare tender documents for approval by Management to bid for businesses
  • Make presentation to clients and prospective clients with the aim of winning business
  • Liaise with Finance Manager to follow up on invoices for services rendered to clients
  • Perform any other duty that may be assigned from time to time

Salary : GHC / Very Attractive / Fixed + Commission

Required Skills or Experience

  • First Degree in Marketing or its equivalent or (specializing in sales and Marketing)
  • A minimum of 5 Years’ experience in sale and marketing in rental service company preferably in known companies.
  • Very good negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and develop business relationships
  • Should have strong existing portfolio 
  • Result driven business
