Job Description

A steel production company in the steel & iron rods industry is looking for talented and dedicated individuals to work with. 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for operating, cleaning, and maintenance of steel machine 
• Maintain daily production reports quantity and quality
• Calibrate the machine before production begins.
• Determine controls to regulate the size, thickness, fine edges, and shape of the finished product.
• Monitor and control the machine's performance and settings.
• Regularly conduct tests of the machine’s performance and operating capacity.
• Inspect machinery with appropriate tools.
• Feed raw materials into semi-automated machines and help the assembly line.
• Fix any issues or malfunctions that may occur.
• Check the output of the machines and identify any issues.
• Keep an updated database on all of the machine’s information, defective units, and final products.

Required Skills or Experience

• NVTI certificate in Mechanical Engineering or any other similar certification and at least 3 years experience in factory machine operation
