Job Description

The Warehouse Assistant plays a critical role in the efficient operation of the warehouse facility. Responsible for various tasks related to inventory management, logistics, and facility upkeep, the Warehouse Assistant ensures that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory in the warehouse and showroom.
• Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and showroom.
• Assist in training and supervising warehouse staff.
• Collaborate with sales personnel to fulfill customer orders efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols in the warehouse.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to inventory or shipments.

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND).
• A minimum of 3 years of post-completion experience in a related field.
• Previous experience in management is necessary.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with customers.
• Age requirement: Between 35-45 years for warehouse assistants and graduates for sales personnel.
• Flexibility to work outside of Accra is essential.
