Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for supervising the design, analysis, and construction of complex structures.
• Oversee daily operations at construction sites, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to schedule and manage construction activities effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to building codes and regulations.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to on-site personnel regarding structural engineering principles and construction methodologies.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
• Lead and manage large-scale structural engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Perform structural calculations and analyses using advanced software tools like Orion, Autocad structure, Tekla structure, Prota structure, Revit structure. etc and engineering principles.
• Read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings
• Follow complex instructions and diagrams to create or modify drawings
• Print and maintain a proper filing system of all completed draft drawings
• All other duties and responsibilities that will be given to you in your line of duty.

Required Skills or Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or minimum of Certificate/Diploma in Architectural Draftsmanship or its equivalent
• Ability to use AutoCAD and Revit Software
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Structural Engineer, with a focus on leading and managing large-scale projects.
• Track record of successful project delivery, including analysis, design and construction oversight.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams of construction workers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Strong decision-making skills and the capacity to resolve conflicts efficiently are crucial
