Job Description

GreenPark Properties are looking for a dynamic, confident, result-driven Sales Executive to join their team. A professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and who is focused on obtaining new clients, generating leads, forecasting sales, and closing sales deals of our affordable, luxurious units across three different locations in Accra. An experienced individual within the Real Estate Industry, with good knowledge of all aspects of Marketing, who works well under pressure and thinks outside of the box to achieve targets and exceed company goals. A team player, with good Microsoft skills, able to convert new prospects and leads into clients.

Daily Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Arrange and attend client viewings
  • Attend all Real Estate Expo, Forums, and Meetings to generate new clients
  • Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and in person.
  • Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.
  • Preparing and drafting SPAs, Offer Letters, and Contracts, for client sales
  • Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software.
  • Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data
  • Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Taking part in team meetings.
  • Generating leads and contacting potential clients
  • Attend sites for progression updates to inform clients
  • Contribute ideas and suggestions for the quarterly Newsletter
  • Complete all work trackers, sales reports
  • Contribute to the design of all marketing flyers, posters, etc.
  • Develop relationships with prospective and existing clients establish rapport and understand their needs
  • Research competitors, their marketing strategies, pricing, and trends
  • Carryout all administrative duties to support job role
  • Carryout any further duties/tasks as required

Required Skills or Experience

  • At least 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing in the real estate industry with proven track record
  • Must possess degree in marketing or communication from an accredited university
  • Well developed communication skills and relationship management
  • Being tech savvy is a plus
