Job Description

As a Driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting passengers or cargo to their destinations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent driving skills, a commitment to safety, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate company vehicles, including cars, vans, trucks, or other specialized vehicles, as required.
• Transport passengers, goods, or materials to designated locations in a timely and efficient manner.
• Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure safe and legal operation of vehicles.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure vehicles are in good working condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned vehicles, both inside and out.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers or clients, assisting with loading/unloading, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, and other team members to coordinate schedules and routes.
• Handle minor vehicle maintenance tasks and report any mechanical issues or accidents to the appropriate personnel.
• Uphold company standards for professionalism, punctuality, and reliability at all times.

Required Skills or Experience

• Valid driver’s licenses C with a clean driving record.
• Three years of driving experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
• Knowledge of local roads, highways, and traffic patterns.
• Excellent driving skills and a strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, if required.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
