JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols when handling customer information. Follow data protection guidelines to prevent unauthorized access or fraud.
2. Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services based on customer needs and preferences. Collaborate with sales teams to promote additional offerings and enhance customer relationships
3. Assist customers with their banking needs such as mobilization and withdrawals, loans etc….
4. Prospecting for new clients and reactivation of old customers
5. Maintaining good relationship with new and old customers
