Job Overview
Response React Officers play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of residential, commercial, and industrial properties by promptly responding to alarm signals and managing security incidents. They are responsible for maintaining a high level of vigilance, professionalism, and customer service while carrying out their duties.

Key Responsibilities

• Alarm Response and Incident Management:
• Quickly respond to alarm signals and assess the situation upon arrival.
• Effectively manage security incidents, including disturbances, breaches, or threats.
• Coordinate with law enforcement agencies, if necessary, to ensure swift resolution of incidents.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Complete thorough and accurate incident reports for each alarm response.
• Document observations, actions taken, and recommendations for improving security measures.
• Surveillance and Patrols:
• Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to detect and prevent signs of intrusion or suspicious activities.
• Utilize surveillance equipment and security systems to enhance monitoring capabilities.
• Customer Service:
• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients, tenants, and the public.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks and ensure the well-being of all stakeholders.

Required Skills or Experience

Education and Certifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in security management or related fields are advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license and, if applicable, a valid motorbike license.

Experience

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle security incidents effectively and professionally.

Skills and Attributes

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong observational abilities and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and stamina to respond to alarms and manage security situations effectively.
• Integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• Height: 5  to 8 Feet tall

Clearance

• Must possess a valid Ghana Card for identification purposes.
• A clean police report is required as part of the background check process.

Training

• Provide Training:
• Comprehensive training will be provided to all Response React Officer upon hiring.
• Training programs will cover security protocols, alarm system operations, emergency response procedures, first aid, and customer service skills.
• Ongoing training and professional development opportunities will be available to enhance job performance and career advancement
