Roles & Responsibilities
Sales Generation for Medical Consumables and Devices

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through prospecting and networking.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to close deals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Understand client needs and preferences to recommend suitable product solutions.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional manner.

Market Analysis and Strategy

  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze sales data and market insights to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and tactics.

Product Knowledge and Training

  • Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, features, and benefits.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal sales team members.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track progress towards sales targets.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving sales performance and efficiency.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Proven experience in sales in the healthcare sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
