Job Description

Job Overview
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met, and overseeing the successful delivery of products and services. This role requires a dynamic and client-focused individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. 
 
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients to understand their needs and expectations. 
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests. 
Project Coordination
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including production, design, and logistics, to ensure timely and successful project delivery. 
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients regularly. 
Sales and Upselling
  • Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients. 
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business from existing clients. 
Client Satisfaction 
  • Measure and analyze client satisfaction levels. 
  • Implement strategies to enhance overall client experience and address any issues promptly. 
Communication and Reporting
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, account performance, and key metrics to clients. 
  • Conduct client meetings to review progress, discuss upcoming projects, and gather feedback. 
Problem Resolution
  • Address and resolve client concerns or escalations promptly and effectively. 
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to find solutions to client challenges. 
Contract Renewals 
  • Manage contract renewals and negotiate terms with clients. 
  • Ensure contracts are renewed in a timely manner. 
Market and Industry Knowledge
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities. 
  • Provide insights to clients about new products or services that may benefit them. 

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a business development executive or in a similar client-facing role. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Previous experience in sales or client management is preferred.
