Job Description We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented individual to join our dynamic team based in Abossey Okai / Accra, as a Coordinator who will lead, improve, and develop activities of the branch and its 25 employees. The services rendered are street work, family work/reintegration, and operating a Drop-In Center. The branch is serving annually over 1400 children and aims to reduce the number of children living on the streets, whilst increasing the number of children, young adults, families, and communities having a better education and living in a safe and stable setting. In this role you will be responsible for developing, coordinating, improving/adapting, and measuring the quality of services rendered by the different departments and individuals respectively. Furthermore, you also ensure the collaboration between other branches and stakeholders. The Role In this role, the Branch Coordinator shall:
