Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects across our diverse portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, preferably within a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale projects from conception to completion.
• Proven track record of successfully managing project teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information

• The individual must have a valid driving license.
• Candidates with a legal background will have an added advantage.
• Proficiency in French is an added advantage.
