A Reputable Multinational Company is looking for a LCL Specialist

• Oversees the LCL (Less than Container Load) business with a focus on analytics to optimize performance.
• Develops strategies to enhance visibility into business metrics and drives actionable insights.
• Leads initiatives to surpass annual performance targets.
• Drives business development efforts, particularly on targeted lanes, to expand market presence and revenue streams.
• Any other duties that may be assigned.

• Ability to identify and capitalize on business development opportunities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools for data analysis and business management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
