Job Description

Baptist Child Development Program in partnership with Children Believe (CB) is seeking competitive quotations for the construction and mechanization of one unit borehole for Gburimani Health Facility, Gburimani in the Tolon district. The purpose of this project is to provide access to reliable clean and safe drinking water for the health staff, and for people who visit the health facility.

We kindly request your company to submit sealed tenders for the following scope of work:

• Drilling of a borehole to a minimum depth of 65m.
• Installation of a submersible pump and motor.
• Construction of a concrete platform and pump house.
• Supply a water tank of up to Ten thousand litters (10,000ltrs)
• Supply and installation of piping, fittings, and electrical components.
• Provide one water fetching points with two taps
• Testing and commissioning of the borehole system.
• Provision of maintenance and warranty services for a specified period of three months.

Please ensure that your quotation includes all necessary materials, labor, equipment, taxes, and any other associated costs. Additionally, provide detailed specifications, delivery timelines, payment terms, company profile including; certificate from RGD, registration with Ministry of water resources, GRA Tax clearance certificate, SSNIT clearance certificate and any other relevant terms and conditions.

The contractor will be selected under competitive tendering method according to the tendering processes of Children Believe's (CB) procurement policy.

The project duration is a maximum of 30 days.

Required Skills or Experience

• The contractor should have worked on related projects, and have good tract records of successful project.
