Job Description

• Responsible for undertaking installation of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems at client’s premises and project sites.  This is to be carried out observing and adhering to laid down procedures and standards set by the company.
• Carryout inspections for offers to be made etc, in relation to types of equipment, load calculation and material requirement.
• Responsible for trouble shooting faults of all types and repair of defective units.  This includes replacement of all faulty components to ensure that the equipment operates within the designed parameters.
• Responsible for carrying out inspection of clients’ premises or projects sites to determine requirements.
• Prepare and send job cards for the day’s activities to the Supervisor and Service Engineer.
• Maintain the objective of value creation for the company in all activities.
• Make best efforts to respond to client’s requests and enquiries (email and others) on the same day.

Required Skills or Experience

• NVTI Certificate I or II
• HND in Mechanical Engineering (Refrigeration and Airconditioning)

• Knowledge in organizational health & safety is an advantage.
• Ability to be polite, friendly, and professional when attending to customers.
• Available to sometimes on Saturday and outside Accra.
