Children Believe (CB) with financial support of Global Affairs Canada is implementing the “Championing Nutrition and Gender Equality (CB-CHANGE)” project in 9 districts of 3 regions of northern Ghana, and intends to apply part of the funding to payments under contract for the Production of Information Education and Communication (IEC) Materials as listed in the schedule below.
II. Children Believe (CB) invites sealed bids from qualified companies for the Production of Information Education and Communication (IEC) Materials as listed in the schedule below:
III. Schedule of Requirements:
Three murals to be painted in each of the nine project districts (East Gonja, Bole STK, Kassena Nankana Municipal, Kassena Nankana West, Bulsa South, Tolon, Kumbungu and Nanumba South) across three regions (Upper East, Northern and Savannah regions) Bidders shall quote for any combination or all lots. Bidders shall quote all items in the required quantities specified for each lot they shall bid for to be considered responsive to the call. Bids which do not offer complete list of lots and full quantities of items in the chosen lot (s) shall be rejected. Bids shall be based on lot combinations that provides advantage to the purchaser. Bidders providing discounts shall do so on Lot by Lot basis and not cross-discounting over lots. Delivery of supplies shall be within 30 days after the date of contract signing.
