Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Social Media Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and growing social media platforms, developing engaging content, and driving results. This role requires a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create compelling, on-brand content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor, engage, and respond to social media interactions, fostering positive relationships with our audience.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics and performance to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising, influencer partnerships, and promotions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep our social media presence relevant and effective.
  • Work closely with other marketing team members, designers, and content creators to ensure consistency and alignment with overall brand goals.

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights), and content management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative ideas and content.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing principles is a plus.
