Job Description

INTU-Group Ghana Ltd. is expanding its Business Scope - our business is growing.   We are seeking Value Business Professional with experience in the tendering process to generate business, follow up on leads and manage clients’ accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business, growing and managing client relationships, presentation and coordination of the selection and product delivery process. This includes planning, gathering client requirements, coordinating and implementing marketing programs to identify and acquire new customers and working with major customer accounts

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Initiate, prepare and coordinate the development of action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects to penetrate new markets.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
  • Develop and maintain customer after sales service support mechanism to ensure total customer satisfaction
  • Manager Chanel Business: Responsible for Chanel Business development and expansion accreditation.
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline ensuring that set targets are met.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in any business discipline with three years working experience in related field – marketing and selling genuine IT products.
  • A background in IT will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of the tendering process will be an asset.

Technical Competencies

  • Experienced in sales and marketing.
  • Must possess excellent written as well as verbal communication skills
  • Must have good presentation and demonstration skills
  • Must have strong public-speaking skills
  • Must have solid negotiation and be an avid problem-solver
  • Able to assemble and execute sales and marketing plans, achieve revenue targets and run campaigns from start to finish.
  • Willing and able to operate effectively under minimal supervision.
