E2 Consortium limited is a beverage company which seeks to employed qualified and hardworking person to fill the position of a Blending Officer.

Purpose of the job: 
To ensure effective and efficient running of the unit. 

Job description

• Controls equipment to blend straight run or natural chemicals according to the formula
• reads blending schedules to define specified components quantities 
• Turns controls to open valves
• Draws sample of mixture for laboratory analysis
• Records quantity blended materials used
• May lubricate, adjust, and repair pumps, agitators, and mixers
• May test products

Required Skills or Experience

• HND or Degree in Biochemistry, Food science or equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience in the alcoholic beverage manufacturing industry.
• Computer literate
