The successful candidate shall be responsible for achieving maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory.  The role reports to the Sales Manager.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT:

• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market.
• Grow a large customer base through relationship management
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective
• Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing Return on Time Investment.
• Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities
• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups

Required Skills or Experience

• Hnd/ Bachelors degree

• At least two years’ experience in sales

• Ability to meet monthly targets
