Job Description

We are looking for an experienced God fearing Marketer or Accounts Officer for immediate appointment.  

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales
  • Know our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Generate sales leads.
  • Sell products and services.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Engagement with customers
  • Ability to maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward all customers at all times.
  • Communication with customers through various channels.
  • Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
Data management
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.
Conflict management          
  • Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. 
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Any other duty that may be assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

Customer service representative Education, Experience, and proficiency requirements:

Education
The person should be HND holder with 2 years relevant previous working experience and must submit a testimonial from his Head Pastor signed and stamped. 
 
Experience and proficiency
  • Honest and God fearing
  • Proven customer support experience
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, pay attention to detail and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work under pressure and to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
