• Contract: Full-time 
• Location: Tema   
• Work Hours: Mon–Fri, 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Purpose
Provide independent assurance on stock accuracy, detect and prevent losses, and improve controls.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct scheduled and surprise stock counts in shops/warehouse.
• Investigate variances; document findings and recommend corrective actions.
• Verify adherence to stock movement procedures and documentation.
• Track damaged and slow-moving parts and  report risks to management.
• Check for parts mishandling and parts safety and report accordingly to management.

Required Skills or Experience

• HND/Degree in Accounting/Audit/Finance or related field.
• Experience in retail/FMCG audit preferred.
• High integrity and independence.
