 What You’ll Be Doing
  • Serve as the voice of the brand — friendly, professional, and proactive
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with empathy and efficiency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues while turning unhappy customers into loyal fans
  • Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and escalate challenges
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow-ups using our CRM tools
