Join our dynamic team as a Customer Interaction Executive, where you'll be the voice of our brand and the first point of contact for our valued clients.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first line of support, engaging customers through voice calls, email, and chat.
  • Resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Provide product and service information, guiding customers to the right solutions.
  • Capture customer feedback and trends to help improve our service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and follow up on complex issues.

 

Required Skills or Experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (CRM knowledge is a plus).
  • A team-player attitude and a drive to go the extra mile.
