About the Role
As a Customer Success Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers—helping them solve problems, guiding them through product or service queries, and ensuring every customer feels heard, understood, and satisfied. Your goal?
Turn every interaction into a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, chat, or email.
  • Listen actively and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and account features.
  • Follow up on customer requests to ensure resolution and satisfaction.
  • Meet individual and team performance targets (quality, speed, satisfaction).
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and internal processes.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Diploma, HND, or Degree in any field.
  • Proficient in English (additional local languages are a plus).
  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays.
