Job Description

  • Reports to: General Manager
Job Purpose
To manage front-office duties and assist with administrative tasks to support efficient office operations.
 
Key Duties/Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and emails.
  • Maintain and update filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Assist with preparation of certificates, letters, and memos.
  • Manage petty cash and office supply inventory.
  • Support meeting arrangements and event logistics.
  • Record incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain registers.

Required Skills or Experience

Eduaction
  • Minimum qualification:HND or a Degree
 Skills/Competencies
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and basic filing systems.
  • Professional and friendly attitude.

N:B: Must reside in Accra and be able to easily commute to and from Circle
