Invitation for Tender (IFT)

PARDA is a local development Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO) operating within the Upper East and North East regions of Ghana. PARDA in partnership with Children Believe has been implementing a child development program within the Builsa North Municipal and Kassena Nankana West District aimed at proving an enabling environment for the holistic development of the child. The Organisation now intend to apply part of its budgetary support from Children Believe to fund eligible payment under the contract for the CONSTRUCTION OF ONE (1) EARLY CHILDHOOD DEVELOPMEN CENTRE WITH A 2-UNIT URINAL AND 4-SEATER KVIP FACILITY AT CHIANA PRIMARY SCHOOL IN THE KASSENA NANKANA WEST DISTRICT OF THE UPPER EAST REGION OF GHANA.

PARDA in partnership with Children Believe hereby invite sealed Tenders from eligible Contractors (registered with the Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing in the category of D3K3 and above for the project below:

A contractor will be selected under a competitive tendering method through the evaluation procedure in accordance with the tendering process and procedures as outline in the guidelines and regulations of PARDA and the PPA procurement regulations. 

The duration for completion of the project is a maximum of Six Calendar (6) Months. 

How To Apply

Tender documents may be inspected and purchased at the PARDA Office for a non-refundable fee of Gh¢500.00 starting 30th May 2025. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Security amount equivalent to 2% of Tenderer's price in the form of a Bank Guarantee or Bid Bond from a Reputable Insurance Company. Interested Tenderers may obtain further information from:

Tenders shall be delivered to the Office Administrator, PARDA, Bolga, Upper East Region on or before the date, time and venue indicated and shall be valid for 120 days after Tender submission. Late Tenders will be rejected. Tenderers are to submit their completed tenders with the following relevant documents:

  1. Registrar General’s Registration Certificates. 
  2. Ministry of Water Resources, Works and Housing Certificate. 
  3. Valid and current SSNIT Clearance Certificate. 
  4. Valid and current GRA Tax Clearance Certificate. 
  5. Valid Labour Clearance Certificate (Job Specific). 
  6. Power of Attorney 

Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderer’s representative who choose to attend at the time and venue outlined in the table above. 

The Client is not bound to accept the lowest or any Tender.
